smart-r Data Deletion Request
Use this page to request deletion of personal data collected through the smart-r mobile app and Smart Repair services.

This data deletion request page applies to the smart-r mobile app published by Smart R GmbH / Smart Repair.

2. How to request data deletion
Send an email to info@test.repairmstore.ch or info@smart-r.ch with the subject line: smart-r data deletion request.
In your message, include the phone number, email address, booking reference, repair reference, or job sheet number that you used in the app. This helps us identify the correct records.
We may ask you to confirm your request if we need to verify that the request belongs to you.
3. Data that can be deleted
- Booking requests submitted through the smart-r app
- Name, phone number, email address, preferred appointment date, and booking notes submitted through the app
- Repair status lookup references submitted through the app, where stored in app-related logs
- Contact request details connected to the smart-r app
4. Data that may be kept
Some data may need to be kept where required by law, accounting rules, fraud prevention, warranty handling, open repair orders, or legitimate business records.
If we must keep certain records, we will limit them to the required purpose and retention period.
- Invoices, payment records, and tax/accounting records
- Open repair orders, warranty cases, or service records needed to complete a customer request
- Records required to defend legal claims or comply with legal obligations
5. Retention period
We process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and normally within 30 days after verifying the request.
If legal or operational retention is required, the affected data is kept only for the required retention period and then deleted or anonymised.

Sie können die Löschung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten aus der smart-r App per E-Mail an info@test.repairmstore.ch oder info@smart-r.ch beantragen.
Bitte nennen Sie dabei Telefonnummer, E-Mail-Adresse, Buchungsreferenz, Reparaturreferenz oder Job-Sheet-Nummer, damit wir die richtigen Daten finden können.
Daten, die wir aus gesetzlichen Gründen, für Buchhaltung, offene Reparaturaufträge, Garantie oder Rechtsansprüche aufbewahren müssen, werden nur für den erforderlichen Zeitraum gespeichert.
